我國將加大對社區家庭服務(wù)業(yè)的稅費政策優(yōu)惠。從今年6月1日到2025年底，對提供社區養老、托幼、家政相關(guān)服務(wù)的收入免征增值稅，并減按90%計入所得稅應納稅所得額。 China will further reduce taxes in the community-based service industries, including the elderly care, childcare and household services. Starting from June 1 this year to the end of 2025, earnings of those industries will be exempted from the value-added tax, and enjoy a 10-percent deduction in taxable income.

以社區為基本依托，加快發(fā)展養老、托幼、家政等服務(wù)業(yè)，是改善民生、應對人口老齡化、支撐實(shí)施全面二孩政策的重要舉措，有利于較大力度增加就業(yè)、擴大服務(wù)消費促內需、推動(dòng)社會(huì )合理分工和經(jīng)濟轉型升級。除了稅收優(yōu)惠政策以外，國務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì )議決定對承受或提供房產(chǎn)、土地用于上述服務(wù)的，免征契稅、房產(chǎn)稅、城鎮土地使用稅和城市基礎設施配套費、不動(dòng)產(chǎn)登記費等6項收費。同時(shí)，研究完善增值稅加計抵減政策，進(jìn)一步支持生活服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展。擴大員工制家政企業(yè)免征增值稅范圍。
