合肥翻譯公司（www.readingprogramme.com）2016年2月17日了解到：WeChat，a Tencent-backed popular messaging application that boasts half a billion users, will start to charge individual users to transfer money from the app’s digital wallet service to their personal bank accounts.
由騰訊公司推出的即時(shí)通訊應用、目前已擁有5億用戶(hù)的微信平臺，將開(kāi)始向個(gè)人用戶(hù)收取微信錢(qián)包提現費用。
WeChat said on Monday that it will start to charge a fee of 0.1 percent for each transfer from its digital wallet service called WeChat Wallet to users’ personal bank accounts from March 1. The minimum charge for each transfer is 0.1 yuan.
星期一，微信宣布下月起微信錢(qián)包提現收費，收費額度按照提現金額的0.1%執行，每筆至少0.1元。
But each individual user is still allowed to transfer up to 1,000 yuan ($154) for free from March 1.
但每位用戶(hù)仍可享受最高1000元（約154美金）的免費提現額度。
WeChat said the new move isn’t meant to make profits but to cover the charges banks impose on transactions.
微信方面表示，提現交易收費并非微信支付追求營(yíng)收之舉，而是用于支付銀行手續費。
"WeChat has been covering the cost for users. With the growth of our businesses, the cost rises rapidly, making it difficult for WeChat to shoulder it anymore," WeChat said in a statement.
微信在一份聲明中說(shuō)，“以前一直都是微信自己支付交易手續費，但隨著(zhù)業(yè)務(wù)的增長(cháng)，成本快速上升，使得微信無(wú)法繼續承擔費用。”
The move is expected to help encourage WeChat users to use the digital wallet service to pay online and offline rather than transferring money to their bank accounts.
此舉預計是想刺激微信用戶(hù)使用電子錢(qián)包進(jìn)行線(xiàn)上和線(xiàn)下支付業(yè)務(wù)，而不鼓勵提現業(yè)務(wù)。
According to WeChat, it has partnered with brick-and-mortar businesses across the country, including more than 100,000 brick-and-mortar stores, more than 80,000 restaurants and 600 parking lots.
據微信表示，它已和遍布全國的實(shí)體商家聯(lián)手，包括100000多家實(shí)體店，80000多家餐廳和600多個(gè)停車(chē)場(chǎng)等。
